    • Prepare and distribute the Weekly Maintenance Performance Report.
    • Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by the manager for specific analysis.
    • MOM Certification upkeeping.
    • Process orders for spare parts as requested by the maintenance team, obtaining quotes and following company procurement procedures.
    • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
    • Receive incoming parts, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and ensure they are correctly logged into the inventory system.
    • Coordinate with the storeskeeper or directly manage the issuance of parts to technicians, updating stock levels in the system.
    • Assist in conducting periodic physical inventory counts.
    • Manage departmental filing systems (both digital and physical) for work orders, equipment manuals, and parts warranties.
    • Other jobs/duties as assigned by the engineer/manager.


Job requirements

    • Min. 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years in an administrative role, preferably within maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar technical environment.
    • PC proficiency. Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel.
    • Good communication skills.
