Ukrainian-Speaking Video Content Moderator – Social Media Industry (Lisbon)
Are you a Ukrainian speaker who is passionate about internet safety, digital media, and online trends? We are seeking detail-oriented and analytically minded individuals to join our international hub on-site in Lisbon! In this role, you will work behind the scenes for one of the world's leading video-sharing platforms, reviewing digital media to ensure a safe, welcoming, and secure community for millions of users.
The Role
- Video Review: Monitor, evaluate, and moderate user-generated video content and accompanying text/audio in Ukrainian, ensuring strict adherence to global community guidelines and safety policies.
- Risk Identification: Detect and quickly flag inappropriate, harmful, fraudulent, or policy-violating visual material, taking swift action to enforce guidelines.
- Objective Decision-Making: Apply critical thinking to make accurate, independent choices regarding video removals, age-restrictions, or account escalations.
- Data Security: Handle user reports and sensitive platform information with the highest standards of confidentiality and digital privacy.
Working Model & Location
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
- Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a state-of-the-art, high-tech office hub.
- Shift Pattern: Rotational operational shifts (which may include weekends or holidays to support a 24/7 digital environment).

Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or Near-Native Ukrainian with a strong grasp of cultural nuances, regional context, and internet slang.
- English Proficiency: B2 level or higher to smoothly navigate internal systems and communicate with a global team.
- Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit / Temporary Protection Status for Portugal.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills, and a high level of objectivity.
- Resilience: Emotional maturity and the ability to process a high volume of digital media with a professional, level-headed mindset.
