In this role, you will be the ultimate guide for Dutch-speaking travelers, helping them discover new destinations, plan dream vacations, and navigate their travel itineraries with ease and confidence.

This is an on-site position based in our modern office in Sofia, Bulgaria, where you will collaborate daily with an international team of travel enthusiasts and customer service professionals.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2) in Dutch, alongside a solid working command of English (B2 or higher) for internal tools and corporate communication.
• Legal Status: Must be an EU citizen or possess a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
• Skills: Strong communication and active listening skills, high empathy, problem-solving agility, and a strong eye for detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfort learning and navigating specialized software, flight booking engines (GDS systems like Amadeus or Sabre are a plus), and CRM tools.
• Experience: Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, airline support, or customer service is highly valued, but a passion for helping people travel is key!

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Provide personalized recommendations on travel destinations, local attractions, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.
• Efficiently handle itinerary changes, cancellations, flight delays, and rebooking requests with a calm and reassuring approach.
• Resolve customer complaints or booking discrepancies professionally, ensuring a smooth and stress-free resolution for the traveler.
• Maintain accurate records of customer preferences, transactions, and bookings within our internal systems.
