Job Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented German Speaking Business Travel Advisor to join one of the world's leading business process outsourcing (BPO) networks in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting a globally renowned American corporate travel provider, you will deliver premier, high-touch customer care to corporate travelers. Your primary focus will be coordinating global flight paths, premium hotel reservations, rail logistics, and emergency trip adjustments to ensure a seamless end-to-end journey for corporate clients.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elite, high-touch multi-channel support via phone and email to corporate professionals embarking on international business trips.
- Build custom configurations and rapid solutions for flight schedules, luxury hotel bookings, train connections, and global transit itineraries.
- Manage complex pre-trip arrangements alongside real-time, short-notice itinerary adjustments for travelers experiencing active transit delays or changes.
- Maintain an exceptionally polite, professional, and composed communication demeanor to successfully represent a premium corporate brand.
- Utilize specialized global distribution platforms, corporate travel booking systems, and internal communication software tools simultaneously.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluent or native written and spoken German (C1 level minimum) paired with a strong operational command of English (B2 level minimum).
- Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Sound digital literacy, confident typing speed, and day-to-day proficiency using MS Office applications.
- Core Competencies: Outstanding verbal articulation, active listening skills, highly organized task handling, and sharp analytical problem-solving traits.
- Experience (Advantage): Prior experience within a customer experience center, corporate travel agency, airline reservation hub, or premium hospitality sector is highly preferred.
Shifts & Working Hours
You can choose between two specialized schedule tracks based on your lifestyle preferences:
- Day Shift Option: Monday to Friday, scheduled between 09:00 and 20:00.
- Night Shift Option: Monday to Sunday, scheduled between 24:00 and 08:00 (this track yields a higher overall compensation premium).
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- Salary Range: €2,000 – €2,250 Gross base per month (specific compensation scales upward depending on your chosen day/night shift configuration).
- Allowances: Included monthly corporate food vouchers.

Relocation Support (For Non-Local Candidates)
- Temporary Housing: 14 nights of fully covered hotel accommodation upon your arrival in Sofia.
- Travel Assistance: Complete inbound flight and travel expense reimbursement of up to 490 BGN (disbursed following your 6th month of employment).
