Danish Speaking Content Moderation Specialist for Search Engine (Sofia Office)

Are you fluent in Danish, tech-savvy, and passionate about keeping the internet accurate, safe, and user-friendly? We are seeking a Danish Speaking Content Moderation Specialist to join our high-performing team based in Sofia. In this role, you will work directly with one of the world's leading search engines, reviewing user-generated content, search queries, and digital media to ensure search results are safe, relevant, and compliant with international guidelines.

This is an office-based position in Sofia, Bulgaria, where you will collaborate daily with an energetic, multicultural team in a modern, state-of-the-art office environment.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2) in Danish, combined with a good working proficiency in English (B2 or higher) for training and corporate alignment.
• Legal Status: Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and a high attention to detail. You should have a deep understanding of Danish internet culture, slang, and current trends.
• Resilience: Ability to remain objective and professional when reviewing sensitive or challenging online content.
• Experience: Previous experience in content moderation, search engine evaluation, or digital customer service is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and evaluate Danish search engine queries, advertising content, and user-submitted data according to strict policy guidelines.
• Identify and filter out spam, misleading info, hate speech, and other inappropriate or violating material to maintain search integrity.
• Classify complex data sets and provide human insight to help train and improve the search engine's automated AI algorithms.
• Make fast, accurate, and objective decisions while maintaining a high standard of quality and data privacy.
• Collaborate closely with team leads and quality analysts to stay aligned on evolving digital guidelines and regional market trends.
