Job Overview
We are seeking an analytically driven and detail-oriented German Speaking Sales Support Specialist to join a global technology services provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this critical operational role, you will safeguard sales and revenue operations by auditing pipeline databases, managing complex billing reconciliations, and driving forecasting integrity. - Work Mode: Hybrid (Structured as 3 days per week on-site at the corporate office in Sofia, and 2 days working remotely from home).
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Revenue Recognition: Prepare, structure, and validate revenue data packages for client sign-off, collaborating intensely with internal operations and finance units.
- Pipeline Hygiene: Audit sales pipelines, quoting software platforms, and scheduled billing data daily to flag inconsistencies, eliminate transaction duplicates, and correct overdue client opportunities.
- Billing & Dispute Resolution: Investigate and reconcile structural billing anomalies, customer invoicing disputes, credit issuance, and ledger adjustments alongside the corporate finance department.
- Forecasting Support: Co-lead weekly commercial closing calls, monitor real-time deal progressions, and synthesize operational data into baseline forecasting files for senior executive review.
- Ticketing & Escalations: Troubleshoot corporate support tickets relating to pricing matrix updates, quoting tool glitches, system migrations, and specialized billing escalations.
- Reporting: Compile and distribute high-impact internal reports regarding pipeline status updates, billing readiness indicators, and CRM process completion.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or equivalent fluent level of German paired with a professional working command of English for seamless internal communications.
- Experience: Proven experience operating inside sales support, revenue operations, financial administration, helpdesk billing support, or a closely related data-centric corporate domain.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical capabilities with a specialized focus on data precision, structural process compliance, and quantitative analysis.
- Systems Literacy: Highly comfortable navigating complex CRM databases, centralized quoting software tools, financial dashboards, and spreadsheet reporting configurations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proactive time management and the communication skills required to lead deal validation calls and collaborate effortlessly across global technical departments.
Shifts & Working Hours
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00. Enjoy a stable corporate workflow with all weekends and major public holidays free.
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- Salary Range: €1,700 – €1,900 Gross base per month.

Relocation Support (If Moving to Bulgaria)
- For eligible candidates transitioning to Sofia to accept the role, a complete relocation assistance package is provided. This includes 14 nights of fully covered hotel accommodation upon arrival and travel/flight reimbursement of up to 490 BGN (disbursed after 6 months of employment).
