Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Apple Support specialist to provide dedicated technical assistance and support for Apple products and services used by the Royal Family of Abu Dhabi and associated staff. The role focuses on troubleshooting, setup, maintenance, and ensuring a seamless user experience with Apple devices and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for Apple hardware (MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, iPads, Apple Watch) and software (macOS, iOS, watchOS, tvOS, and related applications)
- Assist users with device setup, configuration, and data migration
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to Apple products
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on Apple devices
- Educate users on Apple product features and best practices
- Maintain inventory of Apple devices and related accessories
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience providing technical support for Apple products and ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS operating systems, iCloud, and Apple applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for Apple hardware and software
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Female candidates only
- EU passport required
Nice-to-Have
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) certification
- Experience supporting VVIPs or in a private household/executive support environment
- Arabic language skills
What We Offer
- Interview date: Mid-June 2025 (interviews planned around June 17 - main meetings in Bucharest if possible, otherwise Zoom/Teams)
- Contract duration: Minimum 2 years
- Workload: Full-time, 6 days per week
- Location: On-site, Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Languages: English required (Arabic a plus)
