Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations, diagnose functional limitations, and design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Therapeutic Execution: Deliver high-quality manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, lymphatic drainage, and specialized neurological treatments (e.g., Bobath/PNF) based on your certifications.
  • Rehabilitation & Prevention: Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional movement retraining, and proactive health-management strategies.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with referring physicians, occupational therapists, and senior medical staff to optimize long-term patient outcomes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, digital, and regulatory-compliant patient case records and therapeutic progress logs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: * Possession of the German state license (Berufserlaubnis or Approbation as a Physiotherapeut/in).

    • Alternatively: Qualifications from outside Germany must be eligible for the official recognition (Anerkennung) process. Full bureaucratic support is provided.
  • Language Skills: A minimum of B2 level in German is mandatory to effectively communicate with patients and document medical cases.
  • Soft Skills: High empathy, strong active listening, physical stamina, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Bonus Qualifications: Advanced certifications in Manual Therapy (Manuelle Therapie), Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), or neurological specialties are highly valued and command a higher salary bracket.
