We are partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Greek-speaking Travel Advisors for an on-site role in Katowice, Poland. This position is designed for individuals who have a passion for travel and enjoy helping international travelers solve requests in a dynamic, multicultural setting. Your Role
- Customer Interaction: Support travelers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring professional, friendly, and engaging communication.
- Reservation Management: Manage hotel and flight bookings as well as car rentals.
- End-to-End Support: Assist customers throughout their entire journey, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued.
- Data Security: Handle sensitive and confidential customer information with a high degree of responsibility and accuracy.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Contribute to a positive brand image by maintaining high service standards and a customer-first mindset.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic, international team to deliver consistent service excellence.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Proficiency in Greek at C1 level or higher (spoken and written) and English at B2 level for internal communication and training.
- Technical Skills: Good computer literacy and confidence using MS Office applications.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attitude: A customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional approach.
- Location: Availability to work on-site at the office in Katowice.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
The Offer
- Contract: Full-time employment contract.
- Schedule: Structured shift schedule during weekdays only (typically Monday–Friday, 09:00 – 18:00).
- Remuneration: Competitive base salary (approx. 6,500 PLN gross per month).
