About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and guidance to Czech-speaking users of digital products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner.
• Log and track issues using internal ticketing systems while ensuring resolution within SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on new product releases and process improvements to enhance customer experience.

• Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech and strong English communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.

• Experience in technical support, customer service, or related areas preferred.

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows.

• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

• Team player with good time management skills.

• EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian work permit required.
