‍ Role & Key Responsibilities

  • Handle transactions and payment-related inquiries (refunds, manual charges, locating payments, etc.).

  • Support the onboarding process of new B2B customers.

  • Update and maintain merchants information within the database.

  • Ensure a premium customer experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Utilise multiple software tools to manage cases efficiently and accurately.

  • Provide clear, accurate and professional communication to clients.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Dutch (C2) AND fluent English (C1).

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with multiple systems.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex financial inquiries.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and a detail-oriented approach.

  • Comfortable working with numbers and data; ability to multitask, meet targets and work effectively in a team.
  • IMPORTANT: We can only consider applicants who are EU citizens or have a valid EU work permit for Greece.
