Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic German Speaking Sales & Marketing Representative to join a leading international team in Spain. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will support both sales and marketing activities for German-speaking markets. Relocation to Spain is required, and a complete relocation package is included to help you settle into your new role and new life abroad.

Responsibilities

As a German Speaking Sales & Marketing Representative, your main duties will include:

• Engaging with German-speaking clients to introduce products and services
• Supporting sales campaigns and outreach via phone, email and social channels
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and deliver targeted marketing initiatives
• Generating leads through proactive communication and tailored follow-ups
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Collecting customer feedback and market insights to support strategy improvement

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems

• Assisting with sales and marketing reporting and performance tracking

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Excellent German language skills (C1/C2 level – written and verbal)

• Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level – mandatory)

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service or related roles

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and CRM systems

• EU passport or valid work permit for Spain (mandatory)
