Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused German Speaking Inbound Sales Specialist to join an international sales team based in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will engage with incoming customer inquiries, provide product information, and drive sales through effective communication and customer support. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy sales conversations, meeting targets, and working in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from German-speaking customers

• Provide product and service information accurately and professionally

• Promote and sell services by identifying customer needs and suitable solutions

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets

• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication

• Record customer interactions and sales outcomes in internal systems

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1 level or higher), written and spoken

• Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with a sales-driven approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service is a plus

• Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria

• EU passport or valid work permit for Bulgaria is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
