Responsibilities

• Support users with app functionality, access, and usage questions

• Document cases and escalate when required

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)

• Interest in mobile applications and technology

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Willingness to relocate to Greece

• EU passport or valid Greek work permit is mandatory
