Job Description

We are looking for a Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer support team in Bulgaria. You will support customers across multiple channels while ensuring a high level of service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

  • Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach

  • Document interactions in internal systems

  • Meet quality and performance KPIs

Requirements

  • Native level of Slovenian

  • B2 level of English or higher

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Relocation candidates will be considered
