Responsibilities

Support customers with online orders, payments, and deliveries

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Troubleshoot issues related to the e-commerce platform

Requirements

Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English

Experience in e-commerce or customer support is preferred

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
