Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site (5 days a week, with 1-day remote flexibility)
Salary: €90,000 – €110,000+ (Commensurate with seniority)

The Vision
We are seeking a visionary leader to take the helm of our MAITE department. As the Head of MAITE, you will be responsible for the physical realization of our satellite missions. This is a high-impact, executive-level role where you will oversee the entire transition from design to flight-ready hardware, ensuring our constellations meet the highest standards of precision and reliability.
If you are a veteran of the space industry with a passion for operational excellence and manufacturing strategy, we want you to lead our team in Athens.
The Role
You will lead the Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, Testing, and Engineering (MAITE) division, serving as the ultimate authority on production readiness and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the roadmap for satellite assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) processes.
- Production Management: Oversee large-scale manufacturing workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to strict mission specifications.
- Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of senior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Facility Oversight: Manage state-of-the-art cleanrooms and testing facilities, ensuring compliance with international space standards.
- Stakeholder Synergy: Collaborate with Design and Systems Engineering to optimize for "Design for Manufacturing" (DfM).
Your Profile
This role requires an industry titan—someone who has lived and breathed space hardware for over a decade and a half.
Must-Have Criteria:
- Space Heritage: A robust background in the Space industry, with a strong preference for candidates with direct Satellite manufacturing experience.
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in space-related engineering or production roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Testing), Production Management, or Space-grade Manufacturing.
- Clearance & Eligibility: Ability to undergo security clearance.
- Language: Professional fluency in English (Greek is an asset).
