The Mission
Are you ready to lead the final frontier of satellite development? As a Team Lead for Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT), you will be the bridge between design and orbit. We are looking for a seasoned space professional to spearhead our AIT operations in the historic heart of Athens, Greece, or within our vibrant hub in Valencia, Spain.
You won't just be managing a team; you'll be ensuring the structural and functional integrity of next-generation satellite systems before they leave the atmosphere.
The Role
As the Team Lead, you will oversee the full AIT lifecycle. You will be responsible for technical leadership, resource allocation, and the meticulous execution of testing phases that guarantee mission success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Manage a high-performing team of engineers and technicians through complex integration phases.
- Operational Excellence: Drive the assembly and testing schedules to meet rigorous launch windows.
- Technical Oversight: Validate test procedures and troubleshoot hardware/software anomalies in real-time.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Interface with Design, Systems Engineering, and Quality Assurance to ensure all satellite subsystems meet mission requirements.
Your Profile
This is a senior-level role requiring a deep technical foundation and the leadership "gravity" to move projects forward under pressure.
Critical Requirements:
- Deep Space Heritage: Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience within the space industry.
- Satellite Expertise: Proven track record working directly on satellites or complex space-flight hardware.
- Specialized Technical Knowledge:
- For Athens: Advanced expertise in Radio Frequency (RF) systems and testing is mandatory.
- For Valencia: Expert knowledge in Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) is mandatory.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential. (Greek or Spanish proficiency is considered a significant advantage for their respective locations).
- Clearance: Ability to obtain security clearance.
