Introduction

Are you passionate about travel and customer service? We are looking for a Nordic Speaking Travel Support Consultant to join an international team in Greece. In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries while enjoying a dynamic, multicultural work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with travel bookings, changes, and general inquiries

• Provide accurate information regarding reservations, policies, and itineraries

• Handle customer communication via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards

• Document interactions according to internal procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in one Nordic language (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)

• Customer service or travel industry experience is an advantage

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece

• EU passport or valid Greek work permit is mandatory
