Introduction

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Danish-speaking market for an exciting international streaming platform project based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be part of a global customer experience team delivering top-tier support to subscribers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account assistance.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for great service, and fluency in Danish.

We can proceed only with candidates who hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.

Relocation is required. A relocation package including flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer support via phone, email, or chat

• Assist Danish-speaking subscribers with account questions, technical issues, billing queries, and general inquiries
• Deliver accurate and timely information while maintaining high quality service standards

• Troubleshoot basic platform issues and guide customers through solutions

• Document interactions and updates in internal systems

• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues appropriately

• Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention goals

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage

• Comfort using computers, support systems, and digital tools

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset

• EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory)
