Introduction

We are hiring a German-speaking Fraud & Loss Operation Specialist to join a global risk and trust operations team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and preventing fraudulent activity while protecting platform integrity and user safety.

A relocation package is included, covering flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and relocation assistance.

EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate suspicious activities and potential fraud cases

• Analyse transactions and user behaviour patterns

• Apply risk policies and take appropriate action

• Document findings accurately and follow escalation procedures

• Work closely with internal risk and compliance teams

• Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity targets

Requirements

• Fluency in German

• Good level of English

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and sound judgement

• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly

• Experience in fraud prevention, risk, or operations is a plus

• EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory)
