Your Role

• Customer Support: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone regarding existing credit accounts and new financing requests.
• Personalized Analysis: Analyze customer needs to personalize interactions, provide reassurance, and propose the most suitable credit solutions.
• Commercial Growth: Identify and maximize commercial opportunities during incoming or outgoing contacts to contribute to the customer portfolio.
• Case Management: Manage customer files with high accuracy, ensuring full compliance with internal procedures, security standards, and confidentiality.
• Professionalism: Maintain a high level of integrity and attention to detail in every customer interaction.
• Relationship Building: Focus on building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.

Your Qualifications

• Languages: Fluency in French (C1 level, spoken and written) and good English for internal communication.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is considered an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Empathetic, patient, and capable of managing sensitive financial discussions with care and professionalism.
• Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Administrative: Must already possess a NIF and NISS (mandatory for health insurance enrollment).
• Flexibility: Availability to work rotational shifts, including Saturdays.
