Introduction

A leading German outsourcing company is seeking motivated German-speaking Inbound Sales Advisors for their team in Burgas, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers of a major telecommunications provider, assisting with account inquiries while identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services. This position offers high flexibility with part-time or full-time options and a structured, weekday-only schedule.

Your Role

  • Customer Support: Process incoming customer inquiries via email and telephone for a telecommunications company.
  • Problem Solving: Assist customers with billing issues, contract details, tariff changes, and general account management.
  • Upselling: After resolving initial inquiries, proactively offer additional products and services to drive sales and enhance customer value.
  • Representation: Provide professional and high-quality representation of the company in every interaction.
  • Documentation: Ensure all customer data and interaction details are accurately recorded in the internal system.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Fluent in German (at least B2+ level), both written and spoken.
  • Location: Residence in or near Burgas, or willingness to relocate to the area.
  • IT Skills: Good PC skills and comfortable with daily digital tool usage.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Attributes: Helpful, reliable, and a strong team player.
