Responsibilities

• Customer Consultations: Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries regarding product availability, sizing, and detailed specifications across various retail categories.
• Order Management: Manage the end-to-end customer journey, including order processing, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.
• Technical Assistance: Support users with digital platform navigation, account management, and payment processing issues.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve service-related concerns with a professional and helpful approach, ensuring a positive brand experience for the Danish market.

Requirements

• Native or C2-level Danish and professional proficiency in English.
• Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Please note that residence permits from other EU countries do not grant the right to work in Greece).
• A professional, organized, and customer-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a distinct advantage.
