Danish-Speaking Content Moderator

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece (On-site)

Project: Digital Music & Podcast Content

Your Role

• Content Review: Monitor and review user-generated content (podcasts, playlists, and profiles) in Danish to ensure it meets community guidelines and safety standards.
• Policy Enforcement: Identify and take action on content that violates terms, such as hate speech, copyright infringement, or sensitive material.
• Accuracy: Maintain high levels of attention to detail to ensure the platform remains a safe environment for all users.
• Reporting: Document and report recurring trends or sophisticated violations to the safety team.

Requirements

• Language: Native or near-native Danish (C2) and fluent English (B2+).
• Experience: No prior experience in moderation is required, but an interest in music, podcasts, and digital trends is a major plus.
• Resilience: Ability to handle potentially sensitive or graphic content with professional objectivity.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make quick, informed decisions based on complex guidelines.
