About the Role
We are urgently seeking two experienced Radar Maintenance Engineers to support radar system maintenance and training activities for an international technical project.
This is a civilian, non-operational engineering position focused on radar system diagnostics, maintenance, and technical instruction. All work is performed under strict safety protocols at a secure, controlled facility located approximately 100 km from Kyiv.
Before deployment, selected candidates will participate in a one-month specialized radar training program in Poland, designed to familiarize them with the specific equipment and systems used in the field.
Available Roles
1. Radar Supervisor (Equivalent: 94M Radar Repairer)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, calibration, and maintenance of ground surveillance radar systems.
- Perform diagnostics and component-level repairs of radar and tracking equipment.

Oversee system readiness, documentation, and safety compliance.
- Train and guide subordinate technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance.

Manage parts inventory, repair cycles, and quality assurance.
Ideal Background
- Proven radar maintenance or electronics systems experience (civilian or military).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in structured, mission-critical environments.
2. Radar Systems Trainer (Equivalent: 94Y IFTE Operator/Maintainer)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical instruction on radar testing and diagnostics using IFTE or similar systems.
- Train operators and maintainers on troubleshooting radar and electronic systems.

Develop and adapt training materials in coordination with OEM guidelines.

Assess trainee performance and certify proficiency.

Support field sustainment operations and maintenance readiness.
Ideal Background
- Experience as a radar systems instructor, technician trainer, or electronic systems educator.

Strong knowledge of integrated test equipment (IFTE or equivalent).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
