‍ Role & Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline advisor for German-speaking customers in the banking sector.
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email and chat; identify needs, provide accurate solutions and maintain high-quality relationships.
• Log all interactions, update customer accounts and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Adhere to banking compliance and internal processes; collaborate with team and escalate when needed.
• Work on rotating shifts (MondaySunday, full-time) in a hybrid model (combination of office days + remote days).

Requirements

• Native-level or near-native German (C2) and strong English (minimum B2).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset.

• Tech-savvy, comfortable working with CRM systems and banking tools.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and deliver under service-level expectations.
• Willingness to work a hybrid model in Athens (office + remote days) and flexible for shift schedule.
• IMPORTANT: We can only consider applicants who are EU citizens or individuals holding a valid EU work permit for Greece.
