About the Role

Join a dynamic, global travel services hub and support passengers across Europe and beyond in navigating flight bookings, travel information and loyalty-programme queries. You will deliver outstanding client care via phone, email and chat, ensuring smooth travel experiences and first-rate service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions (phone, email, chat) in German.

• Handle flight reservations, amendments and rebookings.

• Provide travel information such as baggage rules, schedules and online service options.

• Support loyalty-programme account updates and customer queries.

• Record customer data accurately and follow process-driven workflows.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service quality and meet performance metrics.

• Demonstrate clarity, patience and empathy in every customer contact.

Your Profile

• Fluent in German (verbal & written).

• Strong command of English (for training and internal communications).

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Comfortable working within structured, process-driven environments.

• Previous customer-service experience is an advantage but not mandatory full training provided.
