We are seeking a Nordic Speaking Client Success Partner to support and nurture long-term client relationships. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the services provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients

• Act as the main point of contact for client needs and inquiries

• Support onboarding and ongoing client success initiatives

• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention

• Collaborate closely with internal teams

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language and strong English skills

• Experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Willingness to relocate to Greece

• EU passport or valid Greek work permit required
