Introduction

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically minded German Speaking Technical Support Specialist to join an international support team based in Katowice, Poland. In this role, you will provide professional technical assistance to German-speaking customers, help resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high-quality support experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support inquiries from German-speaking customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers step by step
• Provide support related to products, repairs, warranties, and technical usage
• Accurately document customer interactions and update case statuses in internal systems
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication

• Follow technical support procedures and quality standards

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases when needed

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1 level or higher), written and spoken

• Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable working with digital tools and support systems

• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage

• Ability to work on-site in Katowice, Poland

• EU passport or valid work permit for Poland is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
