Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

• Support users with product features, services, and troubleshooting

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Document cases in internal systems

• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards

Requirements

• Fluency in French

• Good command of English

• Interest in automotive or technology solutions

• Customer service experience is an advantage
