Introduction

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive German Speaking Implementation & Quality Specialist to join an international digital solutions team based in Bulgaria. In this role, you will support customer onboarding, ensure smooth product implementation, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the customer lifecycle. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with processes, technology, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and onboarding process for new customers

• Ensure accuracy and quality during system setup and configuration

• Support customers with platform usage and best practices

• Monitor onboarding progress and key customer milestones

• Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and CRM tools

• Assist with troubleshooting requests and coordinate with technical teams

• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure customer success

• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and procedures

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1 level or higher), written and spoken

• Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Comfortable working with technical tools and data

• Previous experience in implementation, onboarding, quality assurance, or customer support is an advantage

• Ability to work on-site in Bulgaria

• EU passport or valid work permit for Bulgaria is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
