In this strictly non-voice role, you will handle zero phone calls, managing digital messaging, live chats, and email communications for global brands. Key Responsibilities

• Digital Multitasking: Manage multiple simultaneous live chat sessions and digital messaging threads in Norwegian with speed, clarity, and precision.
  
• Written Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries regarding order tracking, account management, subscription updates, and billing through text-based channels.
  
• Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through app settings, password resets, and platform navigation using clear, step-by-step written instructions.

• CRM Logging: Accurately update customer details, chat records, and ticket statuses in modern internal databases.
  

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level Norwegian with flawless written grammar, and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).
  
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
