Czech and Slovak Speaking Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Near-native or native fluency (C1/C2) in both Czech and Slovak, alongside a strong working knowledge of English.
  • Legal Status: Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
  • Location & Setup: Currently residing in Bulgaria with a quiet, distraction-free home office setup and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Please note: No relocation support or assistance is provided for this position; candidates must already be living in Bulgaria.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and a patient, customer-first mindset.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a call center, customer support, or hospitality role is considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to Czech and Slovak speaking customers via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, billing, tracking, and general product questions.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and helpful attitude during every interaction to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or smoothly escalate complex issues to specialized internal teams.
  • Log and update customer interactions accurately within our internal CRM database.
