Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and solution-oriented German Speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a leading global customer care provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting a major international sports e-commerce campaign, you will act as the core liaison for consumers, resolving a variety of account, billing, and order-related queries via phone, live chat, and email. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional omni-channel customer support via voice, chat, and email channels in fluent German.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and professional resolution of customer inquiries regarding online store orders, returns, tracking anomalies, and payment processing.
- Handle escalated customer cases with an empathetic, diplomatic approach to maximize user satisfaction and loyalty.
- Multitask efficiently across multiple digital platforms, order management systems, and internal knowledge databases simultaneously.
- Collaborate closely with your team and fulfillment logistics units to continuously enhance the overall consumer experience.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Education: Minimum of a completed High School diploma.
- Core Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, logical thinking, sharp multitasking abilities, and a natural solution-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability: High comfort level working with multiple browser tabs and data management tools under time-sensitive goals.
- Experience: Prior experience within a contact center, customer service helpdesk, or BPO environment is required (specialized campaign training is fully provided).
Shifts & Working Hours
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) operating on a rotating shift framework with 2 set days off per week.
- Rotational Shifts: Scheduled between Monday and Sunday, covering standard shifts:
- Shift A: 09:00 – 18:00
- Shift B: 12:00 – 21:00
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- Salary Range: €1,500 – €1,700 Gross base per month.
- Performance Bonus: Monthly performance incentives of up to €139 Gross (unlocked starting from your 3rd month of employment).
