In this role, you will be "the face" of the company, delivering a superior gaming experience to players worldwide. Responsibilities

• Act as the professional face of the company, hosting live games with expert knowledge and high-quality delivery.
• Engage and interact with players in a friendly and professional manner to ensure an entertaining experience.
• Represent and maintain the company brand by consistently adhering to the companys grooming and presentation policies.
• Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in all games while strictly following brand guidelines.
• Maintain high energy levels throughout your performance, especially during games that require a more animated style.
• Play an active role in the company's continuous improvement plans to support future growth and success.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Russian (C2 level) in both oral and written communication.
• Good proficiency in English (B2 level).
• Exceptional presenting skills with an enthusiastic, positive, and outgoing personality.
• Must hold your own legal eligibility to live and work in Serbia.
• Flexibility to work within a 24/7 rotational shift pattern (shifts: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent people skills for this customer-facing role.
• Ability to think quickly, remain calm under pressure, and maintain accuracy during live broadcasts.
• Highly reliable with an excellent record for attendance and timekeeping.
