Your Role

• Customer Interaction: Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email for a telecommunications company.
• Resolution Management: Resolve customer issues related to billing, contract details, tariffs, and general service queries.
• Sales Identification: Once the primary issue is resolved, offer additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Professional Standards: Provide high-quality representation for the company in every interaction.

Your Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent in German (at least B2+ level), both written and spoken.
• Location: Residence in or near Sofia, or willingness to relocate to the area.
• IT Skills: Good PC skills with comfortable daily usage of digital tools.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
