A global leader in customer experience is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a project focused on innovative tech gadgets and social media platforms. Based on-site in Porto, Portugal, this role is ideal for service-oriented individuals who enjoy solving customer issues and working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment. You will play a key role in supporting global users and ensuring high standards of communication and technical assistance.

Your Role

  • Digital Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Support users with technical questions, product-related issues, and troubleshooting for gadgets and social media tools.
  • Process Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex or high-priority cases as necessary.
  • Quality Maintenance: Meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring high accuracy and communication standards.
  • Performance Growth: Actively participate in ongoing training, feedback sessions, and regular performance reviews.
  • Adaptability: Quickly adapt to evolving digital tools and procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Native or near-native Dutch (C2) and proficiency in English (B2 level).
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple chats or tickets simultaneously.
  • Experience: Previous experience in tech support, social media, or digital advertising is considered a significant asset.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex product inquiries effectively.
  • Attributes: High level of adaptability, flexibility, and strong attention to detail.
  • Commitment: Minimum availability for a 6-month contract and willingness to work rotative shifts, including weekends.
