Key Responsibilities
- Product Expertise: Provide detailed information to Spanish-speaking customers regarding premium tobacco blends, luxury accessories, and product maintenance.
- B2B & B2C Support: Handle inquiries from both individual consumers and retail partners concerning order placement, inventory availability, and shipping logistics.
- Compliance & Regulation: Communicate essential age-verification protocols and regional regulatory information with professional precision.
- Problem Resolution: Manage service-related concerns, including delivery tracking and product quality inquiries, ensuring high levels of brand loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Language: Native or C2-level Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
- Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
- Professionalism: A refined, patient, and service-oriented communication style.
- Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, or high-end customer service is a distinct advantage.
