We are looking for a professional Dutch-speaking Post-Sales Care Specialist to manage customer relationships following the initial purchase. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Dutch and Belgian clients derive maximum value from their products and services, fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction. This position is based in Greece, offering a stable career path in a country known for its high quality of life, excellent Mediterranean cuisine, and mild year-round climate.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide Dutch-speaking customers through the initial setup and installation of their products, ensuring a seamless start to their journey.
  • Relationship Management: Conduct proactive follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and provide personalized advice on product optimization.
  • Warranty & Claims: Manage post-purchase inquiries regarding warranties, service contracts, and repair requests with professional precision.
  • Feedback & Retention: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and proactively address potential churn.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as a dedicated point of contact for complex issues that arise after the sale, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements

  • Native or C2-level Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
  • Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Residence permits from other EU countries are not sufficient for employment in Greece).
  • A professional, patient, and highly organized approach to client management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with a diverse customer base.
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or after-sales service is highly preferred.
