Key Responsibilities

• System Diagnostics: Provide comprehensive technical support for French-speaking users, troubleshooting operating systems, software installations, and network connectivity issues.
• Problem Analysis: Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems using internal diagnostic tools and database resources.
• Tiered Support: Handle initial escalations and coordinate with senior engineering teams to ensure minimal downtime for enterprise and consumer clients.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical logs and contribute to the expansion of our French-language knowledge base and FAQ resources.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level French and professional proficiency in English.
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
• Technical Aptitude: Proven experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a similar analytical role.
• Skills: Strong familiarity with modern OS environments (Windows/macOS), networking protocols, and hardware architecture.
