Introduction

A leading Outsourcing/BPO company is recruiting a Danish-speaking Cloud Solutions Specialist for their team in Malaga, Spain. In this high-level technical sales role, you will drive Cloud sales opportunities using deep expertise in Microsoft solution areas (Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infra). This position is ideal for technical sales professionals who enjoy presenting complex value propositions and accelerating customer success in the cloud within a sunny, multicultural environment.

Your Role

• Sales Driving: Lead sales opportunities based on Level 300 knowledge of Microsoft solution areas.
• Upsell & Cross-sell: Maximize new customer wins for Cloud services by collaborating with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
• Value Proposition: Present Microsoft Cloud differentiation aligned to customer business objectives and IT initiatives.
• Technical Insights: Provide technical product overviews pertinent to specific customer usage scenarios.
• Feasibility & Pricing: Audit implementation requirements, perform pricing calculations, and execute quick technical feasibility assessments for identified solutions.
• Demonstrations: Conduct technical and business solution demonstrations to customers over Microsoft Teams.
• Training: Act as the key technical contact for the telesales team and conduct group and one-on-one subject matter trainings.
• Continuous Learning: Research the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and its competitors.

Your Qualifications

• Languages: C1/C2 level Danish and B2/C1 level English.
• Experience: 3–6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience; technical sales or presales experience preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.
• Security & Compliance: Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, and privacy in cloud/hybrid contexts.
• Cloud Expertise: Understanding of cloud deployment, adoption planning, migrations, and management of technology.
• Certifications: Minimum Microsoft Fundamentals certification required; L200 certification is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelors degree required (Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences.
