Your Role

• Leadership & Coaching: Supervise on-floor team members to ensure professional and engaging performances. Provide support, motivation, and hands-on coaching to maintain high brand standards.
• Operational Management: Manage daily work schedules, rotations, and breaks. Oversee day-to-day operations and resolve minor technical or operational issues efficiently.
• Communication: Serve as the vital link between management and staff, relaying feedback and updates on procedures, company policies, and best practices.
• Reporting: Compile and analyze data to produce accurate daily or shift reports for management.
• Compliance: Ensure all team members strictly adhere to company standards for appearance, conduct, and professional behavior.
• Development: Identify training needs within the team and coordinate with the relevant departments to implement development plans.

Your Qualifications

• Languages: Native or fluent in Russian (C1 level) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team coordination experience preferred. Also it is mandatory to have previous experience from iGaming / live casinos
• Background: Prior experience in customer-focused, operations, or service-driven industries is an asset. A background in Business Administration or Management is advantageous.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability in mentoring, conflict management, and leading teams in dynamic environments.
• Organizational Skills: Effective time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work in a shift rotation, including night shifts.
