Italian-Speaking Technical Support Specialist – Search Engine Ecosystems (Lisbon)
Are you an Italian speaker who loves technical problem-solving, web technologies, and digital architectures? We are seeking analytical and solutions-oriented individuals to join our international engineering and support hub on-site in Lisbon! In this role, you will act as a core technical point of contact, helping businesses, developers, and webmasters optimize their visibility, indexing, and performance on a world-leading search engine platform.
The Role
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to search visibility, website indexing, API configurations, and webmaster tools for Italian-speaking clients.
- Infrastructure Support: Walk users and web developers through step-by-step solutions regarding DNS settings, SSL certifications, tracking code implementations (pixels/tags), and server-side crawl errors.
- Data & Analytics Review: Analyze website data errors, structured data markup validation, and site speed bottlenecks using internal diagnostic dashboards to provide optimizations.
- Incident Escalation: Replicate software bugs or algorithmic processing anomalies, document infrastructure faults, and cleanly escalate unresolved matters to Tier 2 engineering teams.
Working Model & Location
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
- Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a state-of-the-art, high-tech corporate office hub.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or Near-Native Italian with a solid professional command of English (B2 or higher) to smoothly navigate technical documentation and global internal systems.
- Technical Foundation: Good understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, HTTP protocols, DNS configurations, or content management systems like WordPress).
- Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Exceptional logical thinking, patience, and the ability to break complex web development and infrastructure concepts down into simple, actionable steps.
