Relocation is required and fully supported.

Only EU passport holders or candidates with a valid Portuguese work permit can proceed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries

• Provide clear information on policies, claims, and coverage

• Handle customer communication professionally and empathetically

• Update and maintain customer records

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in German

• Good English skills

• Strong communication and organisational abilities

• Customer service experience is an advantage

• Interest in insurance or financial services
