‍ Role & Key Responsibilities

  • Support Spanish-speaking users via email, chat and phone, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Investigate and resolve content, account or policy issues with accuracy and empathy.
  • Monitor user reports, escalate sensitive cases and maintain compliance with internal guidelines.

  • Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

  • Maintain high attention to detail while balancing efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish (C1 level or higher) and good English (minimum B2).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Previous customer service or content moderation experience is an advantage.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Willing to relocate to Athens or already based in Greece.

  • We can only proceed with EU citizens or individuals holding a valid EU work permit for Greece.
