Dutch Cloud Solutions Specialist – Málaga, Spain

Introduction

We are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Dutch-speaking Cloud Solutions Specialist for their office in Málaga, Spain. This high-level technical sales role focuses on driving Microsoft Cloud opportunities (Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infra, Business Applications) for business clients. It is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background and a passion for solution-oriented selling in a sunny, multicultural environment.

Your Role

  • Solution Selling: Drive sales opportunities based on Level 300 knowledge of Microsoft solution areas.
  • Customer Growth: Secure new Cloud customer wins and maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Managers.
  • Value Presentation: Present Microsoft Cloud value propositions aligned with customer business objectives and IT initiatives.
  • Technical Consulting: Provide technical product overviews, insights, and conduct feasibility assessments for identified solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Audit implementation requirements and pricing calculations to ensure accurate cost projections for customers.
  • Demonstrations: Lead technical and business solution demonstrations via Microsoft Teams.
  • Internal Training: Act as the primary technical contact for the telesales team and conduct group or one-on-one training sessions.
  • Market Research: Continuously research the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and its competitors.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Native or near-native Dutch (C1/C2) and a good command of English (B2/C1).
  • Experience: 3–6+ years in technology-related sales, business development, or presales.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions, including security, privacy, and compliance.
  • Certifications: Minimum Microsoft Fundamentals certification required upon entry; L200 certification is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred), ideally in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Attitude: Success-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, changing environment.
