A leading customer experience company in Sofia, Bulgaria is seeking a German-speaking Sales & Customer Advisor. This role is perfectly suited for communicative, goal-oriented individuals who enjoy helping customers find the right digital solutions. You will provide support for essential telecommunications services while working towards performance targets in a professional, international environment.

Your Role

  • Sales Interaction: Engage in both inbound and outbound sales calls to present tailored product and service solutions to customers.
  • Service Support: Provide comprehensive customer support for internet, telephone, and television services, ensuring rapid and effective issue resolution.
  • Customer Matching: Deeply understand customer needs to match them with the most suitable service offers, driving higher sales conversions.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver a friendly and solution-oriented experience to every customer to maintain high satisfaction scores.
  • Target Achievement: Work toward clearly defined sales and performance goals supported by uncapped commission and quality-based bonuses.
  • Procedural Adherence: Follow established internal procedures throughout the full sales and consultation lifecycle.

Your Profile

  • Languages: High fluency in German (C1 level).
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and build customer trust.
  • Mindset: Highly organized, analytical, and goal-oriented with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new products and procedures quickly; a team player.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or the BPO sector is a significant advantage, but not a requirement.

The Offer

  • Location: Modern office in Sofia, Bulgaria, with the possibility of a hybrid work model (2 weeks office / 2 weeks home) after the initial period.
  • Contract: Permanent employment contract with 21 days of paid annual leave.
  • Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available (4h, 6h, or 8h shifts) between Monday and Friday (08:00 – 19:00).
  • Training: 8 weeks of fully paid, on-site professional training (including a nesting phase).
  • Remuneration: Attractive base salary supplemented by commissions, performance bonuses, and meal vouchers.
