Job Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded and relationship-driven French Speaking Customer Success & Sales Specialist to join a leading global customer experience provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting a dedicated portfolio of corporate accounts for a technology-driven project, you will guide business clients through onboarding, maximize product adoption, and identify strategic opportunities to grow their investment. This role perfectly balances account management, product optimization, and revenue generation within a fast-paced environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets through proactive product renewals and structured client portfolio expansion.
  • Identify, pitch, and execute high-value upsell and feature expansion opportunities across an assigned corporate territory.
  • Guide business customers through their initial onboarding phase and ongoing product adoption to ensure they derive maximum value from the technology.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients optimize their daily usage and overall platform performance.
  • Maintain, track, and update critical customer milestones and sales pipelines accurately within internal CRM tracking systems.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain highly collaborative, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent, professional level in both French and English (written and verbal).
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience inside a corporate customer service, inside sales, or account management environment.
  • Track Record: A demonstrable history of achieving sales targets, client retention quotas, or performance-based KPIs.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable adapting to new technological tools and analyzing usage data; direct experience with modern CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is considered a distinct plus.
  • Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, high adaptability to fast-paced targets, and exceptional relationship-building capabilities.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

  • Salary Range: €1,550 – €1,750 Gross base per month (plus target-driven quarterly bonuses).
