Introduction

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical German Speaking Content Moderator to join an international digital services team based in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating online content to ensure it complies with quality, safety, and community standards. This is a non-voice position ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work and maintaining high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate digital content including text, images, videos, audio, and advertisements in the German language

• Apply internal policies and guidelines to approve, label, reject, or escalate content

• Identify policy violations and take appropriate action using moderation tools

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail when handling sensitive content

• Respond to internal requests via email or ticketing systems

• Manage workload efficiently and meet daily productivity targets

• Work both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1/C2 level), written and spoken

• Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to make objective decisions

• Good time-management and organizational skills

• Comfortable working with digital tools and internal systems

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or operations is an advantage

• Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria

• EU passport or valid work permit for Bulgaria is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
